All payment is upfront, before I start the piece, unless otherwise agreed upon.I do not give refunds unless I decide I cannot fulfill your request after having receiving payment.I am allowed to refuse or cut contact at any time. I will cut contact after ten days with no response and you will be refunded.It may take 1-2 weeks for me to complete your requested piece. • I retain ownership of all copyrights even after payment.
• I will not use the piece for promotion or any other commercial uses without the commissioners expressed permission.Commissioners Rights
• The commissioner is allowed to all personal rights (ex. Device wallpaper, gifting, etc.)
• The commissioner may not use my art for commercial uses without first buying the copyright from me.
• I do not condone the use of my art in any form of AI training or general AI usage
